Catterline Braes Action Group

Catterline, like many other villages along the Aberdeenshire coastline, was badly hit by the weather during the winter of 2012/13. The village suffered from a combination of landslips due to saturation of the soil, and coastal erosion caused by spring tides and easterly gales.

Following this event, the Catterline Braes Action Group (CBAG) was formed, with the ultimate aim to pro-actively preserve the integrity of the local braes.

This website is under construction, and is going to be repository of all the work planned and executed by local volunteers.
